the hotel was convenient because it was close to the airport.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled, so the room was either too hot or too cold. It was impossible to adjust it. they also didn't serve alcoholic beverages, which i found surprising for a hotel in this category. this place really misses the mark on some basics.

the free room upgrade to a suite was good it was spacious and well-appointed the staff showed genuine warmth and care they created a cute atmosphere i could feel. the spa facilities were lovely offering a large swimming pool and a jacuzzi providing a chance to unwind.
the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled i found the room either too warm or too cold it was hard to find the right temperature. the absence of alcoholic beverages was unexpected i did not expect this from a hotel of this category. the breakfast was disappointing it lacked fresh juices and the coffee tasted weak.

I found this hotel very clean and conveniently located near the airport. the staff's friendliness stood out. I especially appreciated the gym staff, deyaz and ahmet, for their cute smiles. the restaurant served perfect dishes, and the coffee shop's breakfast was delicious (the pastries were really good!). i enjoyed having such easy access to great amenities.
the air conditioning seemed a bit off in my room, i requested it be checked, but it didn't quite reach the level of cooling i prefer. otherwise, my stay was amazing.
